Fixed-scope diagnostic: €4,500. One approved bounded telemetry stream, one isolated non-production test environment and up to 30 paired repetitions per selected configuration/scenario where feasible. Competitor and acceptance metrics agreed in writing; unsupported tests explicitly marked NOT TESTED.
Included: one 45-minute kickoff, one 45-minute results call, one email clarification thread within five business days, an 8–12-page measured evidence dossier, aggregate results, SHA-256 manifest and GO / NO-GO / INCONCLUSIVE recommendation.
Payment: 50% at accepted signature and 50% upon delivery; applicable taxes per quote. Target ten business days after complete accepted inputs. Extra meetings, re-tests, datasets, environments and external costs require separate signed change orders.
Excluded: production operations or code edits, generic architectural consultancy, on-call, certification, guaranteed savings, engine source licence and ongoing support. Customer data remain private; owner retains algorithms and source. A documented NO-GO fulfills the diagnostic deliverable.
